"Sing Us A Song," At Shea

Billy Joel will perform the last concert ever at Shea Stadium, the day following the All-Star Game. By the way, anybody know where I can get a copy of when the Clash played at Shea?

Meanwhile, the New Yankee Stadium is taking shape.

Is the Rocket running for Congress?

Haven't had the chance to read through the whole thing yet, but this piece on Yahoo Sports looks like a worthwhile read.

It is very interesting on the whole 38pitches thing going on in Boston. Had the Sux, known that he was hurt they wouldn't have signed him, and they wouldn't have made a stronger offer to get Santana from the Twins, insted of just hanging around for the Yankees to unload their kids.
It's a long season, and we will see how it plays out. But for Feb. 8, it doesn't look good for them
